I spent two years interviewing people who made 180s in their lives, both formally (there are 25 interviews archived here) and informally everywhere. In my research I wanted to know: How did they overcome their fears of change? How long did it take for things to align? What did they do when they were feeling hopeless? What happened that they never could have expected? What do they wish they had planned ahead for?
